Refund Policy
Effective date: March 20, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Meridian Pro subscriptions and is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Meridian Pro subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date or your most recent annual renewal date. No questions asked.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
• Email rithikbuilds@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your registered email]"
• Include the email address associated with your Meridian account
• We will process your request within 5 business days
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com and will be returned to your original payment method.
2. Refunds for Deficient Service
If the Service is materially deficient, fails to function as described, or experiences prolonged outages attributable to us, you are entitled to a proportionate refund regardless of how long you have been subscribed. This right is not time-limited.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), you are entitled to a refund if we fail to provide services that conform to the description offered. We will not withhold refunds where the Service has genuinely failed to deliver its described functionality.
3. EU and UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period" under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Important: By accessing the Meridian Service immediately upon purchase, you expressly request early performance of the contract and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once you begin accessing the digital Service. Our 14-day money-back guarantee above provides equivalent or greater protection.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Meridian Pro subscription at any time through:
• Your account settings (Settings > Billing)
• The Paddle customer portal link in your subscription receipt
• By emailing rithikbuilds@gmail.com
Cancellation stops all future charges. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day refund window, except where required by applicable law or where the Service is deficient.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
• Change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period, where the Service has functioned as described
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
• Refund requests made more than 60 days after the transaction date (Paddle's processing limit)
Nothing in this section overrides your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
