I was a student who kept burning out. Long sessions, guilt when I missed days, crashing for a week after pushing too hard. Every app I tried just added more tasks to feel bad about skipping.
So I built a simple personal system to track my energy alongside my study sessions. When I noticed it was actually working — not just for productivity but for staying consistent without the crash — I decided to build it properly.
Meridian is that system. No funding, no team. Just a strong belief that students deserve tools that actually work with them.
